Advertised in newspapers, on web sites and street signs will be posted
Items are properly organized and tagged
Sales are held on Saturdays from 8am-3pm
Fee is deducted out of the sale proceeds (no up front fees)
House is emptied after the sale
Possibility of items being brought back to our store to be put on consignment
The Process:
Evaluate the house - meeting is free of charge
Decide if there are enough items to have a sale by evaluating each room
If there's enough items, we can discuss the possible dates of the sale
Set a date and receive a contract outlining the process
10 days prior to the sale - we get a detailed report for the newspaper ads
10 days prior to the sale - all personal items must be removed or marked
Starting days prior to the sale - we will need full access to the house for preparations
During week before sale - all items will be emptied out, organized and tagged
Sales are on Saturdays from 8am - 3pm
Our fee is deducted out of the sale proceeds (no up front fees)
House is emptied when the sale is complete
